You will enter the apartment without taking the stairs from the parking lot to the entrance. This is especially appreciated by the elderly, families with small children and people with disabilities. If you do not like to use air conditioning, the location of the apartment on the ground floor ensures comfort on hot days without the need to use air conditioning.
