Our modern residence offers six comfortable four-person apartments, accommodating up to 24 guests in total. The property is set in the first row to the sea, only 400 meters from a sandy-pebble beach with a gentle entrance to the water and a cozy Beach Bar. Within walking distance, you’ll find shops, restaurants, cafés, and a pharmacy – everything you need for a carefree holiday.

Each apartment is stylishly furnished and fully equipped – featuring air conditioning, a well-equipped modern kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and spacious balconies or terraces with sea views.
During the summer high season, guests can also enjoy the rooftop swimming pool, perfect for both adults and children.

Rooftop Pool

On the rooftop of Blue Marina Apartments, you’ll find a heated swimming pool measuring 3 m x 1.75 m, available during the summer high season.
This intimate space was designed for couples, families with children, and small groups of friends looking to relax in warm water while enjoying panoramic views of the sea and the town of Marina.

The pool is a perfect spot to unwind and recharge, whether after a day full of adventures or during a peaceful morning overlooking the Adriatic.

Rules of stay and apartment equipment

  • The rental day lasts from 14:00 to 10:00 the next day;
  • From 23:00 to 8:00 there is a curfew and you are asked to keep quiet from 14:00 to 16:00;
  • Children and teenagers under the age of 18 cannot stay in the apartment without adult supervision.
  • We accept all payments in EURO.
  • As standard, each apartment is equipped with air conditioning (in summer) and heating (in winter), TV, bedding, clothes dryer, hair dryer, iron, washing machine. In the kitchenette (Kai, Marella, Moana, Umiko, Avisa and Doria you will find everything you need for a long-term rental (microwave oven, kettle for boiling water, coffee machine, cups, glasses, glasses for wine and alcohol, carafe, dinner and breakfast set of plates, set of pots, cutlery set, set of knives, boards, kitchen utensils, etc.). All windows are equipped with 100% blackout external blinds. Additionally, the Avisa apartment has an oven and the Doria apartment – an oven and a dishwasher. Selected apartments have a washing machine.
  • The apartments are not equipped with towels.
  • We accept pets. You can bring a four-legged pet to the apartment. We charge a fee of EUR 15/night + EUR 200 refundable deposit for pets (payable by bank transfer until the day of check-in). We require a deposit because not all animals can cope in the apartment, and sometimes the animal is not supervised and is left alone in the apartment. We would like the apartments to be in the same condition for all guests. We will be happy if you clean up after your pet in the apartment and do not let it on the bed or sofa. Your four-legged friend certainly has his favorite bed at home and it will fit in the car :-). The guest is fully responsible for any damage caused by the pet.
  • Please take care of the rented apartment. Turning off electricity and air conditioning during absence and turning off water and closing windows when air conditioning is on. After check-in, please read the regulations of the Ministry of Tourism in Croatia placed in the apartment.

How to get there by car?

The easiest way to get to the coast is from Zagreb via the A1 motorway, popularly known as “Dalmatina”. Take the A1 motorway to the Šibenik or Prgomet exit. If you are going to the Šibenik exit, then take the D8 interurban road to Split and you are 48 km from your destination. If you are going to the Prgomet exit, you can take the local road Prgomet-Prapatnica-Seget Donji-Marina or Prgomet-Labin-Plano-Marina. In both cases, you are less than 30 kilometers from your final destination.

What is the distance to Split and Zadar airports?

The international airport in Split is 15 km away and in Zadar 130 km from the Blue Marina Apartments.

If you are traveling by plane to Split Airport, there is a bus service from the airport every 20 minutes, and then there is a whole range of local bus lines from Trogir to Marina.

How far is the beach and is it child friendly?

The beach with a gentle descent is 400 m from the Blue Marina. Reaching it will take about 5-10 minutes on foot – along the promenade along the sea. There is free parking and bike racks by the beach. There is a Beach Bar by the beach with ice cream, snacks and a toilet.

How far is it to the restaurant, cafe, shop, pharmacy, doctor, ATM, hairdresser, ACI Marina?

Everything is within 50-200 m from Blue Marina Apartments.
